Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to these terms.

  • • I retain all the copyrights over my work. This includes but is not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed.

  • • I cannot and will not claim your intellectual property, or reuse/resell commissioned images for personal and commercial projects unless otherwise agreed.

  • • I have the right to decline your commission request for personal reasons.

  • • I have the right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.

  • • Commissions are for personal use only: gift, wallpaper, personal prints, use on social media with credits (@biankatdraws on description, tagged on the picture or profile link.)

  • • Commission for streamers: Expect for personal use, any usage related to streaming (stream schedule, video thumbnail, promotion, gift for fans, character icon, etc.) are considered commercial works and must be discussed beforehand.

  • • Do not use the preliminary materials (sketch, inks, color draft, etc.) I provide for any other purpose beside commissioning me and your personal use (sharing it with friends is ok.)

  • • Do not trace, resell or make profit from the commission. Cropping the artwork to post online is ok. IF EDITED please state so beforehand and when posting it online.

  • • You may NOT resell any commission(s), or any part of it, received from me with a Non Fungible Token (NFT) or through any form of Cryptocurrency.

  • • You may NOT feed any commission(s), or any part of it, to any and all kinds of Artificial Intelligent (AI) programs, apps, or image bank websites.

DEADLINE AND WORKFLOW

• Usually takes 1-4 weeks to completing a commission (depending on the complexity). If for any reason I need to extend the deadline I'll let you know as soon as possible.
• if you have a specific deadline in mind, please say so when ordering your commission.
• My process looks like this:
sketch > inks > flat colors > finalI send the sketch on the first 24-48 hours after payment and depending on what's your description I might give you 2 options.You'll have revisions between every stage. You can't ask changes after we move to the next stage (example: during the colouring phase you decide you don't want your character crossing their arms, but with their hands on their hips.)*
* if you really want this change you'll be charged an additional fee depending on how extreme are the changes.
• The final artwork will be delivered via email or wetransfer link in png. image (let me know upfront if you plan to frame it for personal use/gift so I can send you a pdf. file version)

PAYMENT

• 100% upfront via Paypal invoice for commission under 200€
• Payment Plan is optional for commission above 200€ (50% upfront and 50% after color approval.)
• I will only start your commission after receiving the payment and a preliminary sketch will be sent out on the first 48 hours unless stated otherwise.

REFUND POLICY

• Full refund = the net amount I received after the Paypal transaction fee deduction.
• Full refund can be requested via email before I start working on the commission
• Strictly no refund after I started working on the inks or after the delivery of the final artwork. You will have revisions on every stage to prevent any dissatisfaction.
• When a Payment Plan is applied it is possible to cancel before the delivery of the sketch (full refund), and if after the sketch only half of the price will be refunded.
• When I am unable to finish the Commission due to unpredictable emergencies (natural disasters, illness, etc.) I will give a full refund.

• HALF BODY ........... 85 euros
• FULL BODY ............ 105 euros• extra character(s) ............ + half the price• BACKGROUND ........ starts at 20 euros, might vary depending on complexity.*prices can vary depending on complexity of designs

• Gore or violence (blood is ok)
• NSFW
• Real people
• Vehicles
